Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at abcoak.business@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
